Account Manager – Business Development EMEA
Salary: £65,000 + excellent company benefits
Location / Hybrid: Uxbridge, West London – hybrid working available

Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to join their growing EMEA sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-focused professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and working within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

This hybrid role will play a key part in driving growth across the UK and wider EMEA region, offering plenty of variety and the chance to work with high-profile clients.

Duties include:

Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across corporate and agency markets
Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Developing long-term relationships to support revenue growth
Delivering engaging proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
Managing prospects through the full customer journey, from initial contact to conversion
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience
Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking pipeline activity
Supporting ongoing improvements to sales processes and conversion strategies

Experience/skills required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management
Strong background in building pipelines and generating new business
Experience within events, hospitality, or a related commercial sector is advantageous
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
Commercially minded with strong relationship-building ability
Proactive, organised, and results-driven approach
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
