Shipping, Purchasing & Finance Administrator (12-Month FTC)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
Location: Wembley
Our client, a well-established international business, is seeking a Shipping, Purchasing & Finance Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an organised individual with experience across logistics, purchasing, and finance administration.
The position offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions within a fast-paced environment, supporting key operational processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Duties include:
Preparing and processing import and export documentation
Coordinating domestic and international shipments and tracking deliveries
Ensuring compliance with shipping, VAT, and regulatory requirements
Creating and managing purchase orders and supplier records
Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory accuracy
Liaising with suppliers, freight partners, and internal departments
Supporting the accounts function with invoicing and finance administration
Updating and maintaining CRM and ERP systems
Producing reports and maintaining accurate records across all activities
Experience/skills required:
Previous experience within shipping, logistics, purchasing or supply chain administration
Strong knowledge of import/export processes and documentation
Experience using CRM and ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Available to start immediately or at short notice
